The following terms govern the tekRESCUE Customer Care text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

tekRESCUE sends SMS/text messages to customers who opt in, to support customer care, appointment and service reminders, account and service updates, and replies to your questions.

2. How you opt in

You provide express written consent to receive text messages by submitting the opt-in form on this page with the consent box checked, by checking the consent box in our chat widget, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you contact us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account needs.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages.

5. Opt out and help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email randy@mytekrescue.com or call (512) 843-2835.

6. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.

7. Privacy
